50 x 50 micron topography image with high differences up to 600 nanometer of a mysterious biological sample with scanning ion conductance microscope. Measurement done in PBS solution with a modulated distance control. Image features obpyriform object with a distinct substructure and similar amorphous bed of lesser magnitude topographical features.
