You're invited to bring your samples and test drive Cypher, the world's highest resolution AFM, at the UCLA CNSI Nano and Pico Characterization Laboratory, April 19-20, 2011. There will be a presentation and a look inside the box where you can learn more about the Cypher AFM and its unique features including ease-of-use, fast scanning, and superior resolution imaging and measurement accuracy. Individual demonstrations can be scheduled to run your samples, or to get a demonstration on a specific imaging mode including advanced modes such as ultra high resolution imaging, piezoresponse force microscopy, imaging in liquid, and new electrochemical strain microscopy. Registration to the Workshop is free to all researchers that are interested in AFM. Due to limited lab space, attendees must register prior to attending.

Daily Schedule in Room 5429 South

Each day's agenda includes a short presentation and a look inside Cypher followed by three available slots where you can bring your samples or get a scanning demonstration on the imaging mode of your choice. Lunch will be provided.

Venue

The morning presentation will take place at the CNSI auditorium. After the presentation, attendees will go to the Nano & Pico Characterization Lab to take a look inside Cypher. Individual demonstrations from 10:30 on will also be held in the lab.
