Lambda Digest DNA

Lambda-digest DNA,1µm scans, with force curves taken at three
mouse-selected points. At each point the end of a DNA molecule
was picked up by tip and the molecule was stretched through the
B-S transition. The molecules are missing in the subsequent images.
