Olympus and NANOSENSORS/NANOWORLD cantilevers are only available to US and Canadian customers.

Cantilever Availability
Cantilevers marked with an * are in stock for the pack quantities (wafers/half wafers are not stocked). Delivery times for most other cantilevers are approximately 3-4 weeks. Please contact Asylum Research to verify lead times.

NANOSENSORS/NANOWORLD Cantilevers

Arrow™ – The unique arrow shape with the tip position at the very end of the cantilever allows easy positioning of the tip on the area of interest and a tip radius of <10 nm.
ATEC™ – Advanced tip at the end of the cantilever for real tip visibility from the top.
PPP™ – New Point Probe Plus with a smaller tip radius, typically <7nm.
