Asylum Research is dedicated to helping you reach your experimental goals. With over 100+ years of AFM/SPM experience, our engineers and application scientists are here to assist you on how to use the instrument, how to adapt your instrument to your particular research projects, software questions, and more. The majority of our instrument support is handled through our email support, support@Asylumresearch.com. Because we are a small company, many times your questions are being answered directly by the person who designed that component. Our goal is to answer your support questions within hours of receipt, with no more than a 24 hour period of getting you the answers you need. In addition, we also provide technical support for our software— from basic how-to questions to help in writing custom control and analysis software. For more information, see the software links to the left. In addition, one of the most powerful tools that we have to help you is "OnSite", a web-based support system, where we can diagnose problems and actually control your instrument over the Internet. Simply click on the link to the left, download software from a secure third party host, then call us up and we will connect to the same secure host. This allows us to see your monitor and even use your mouse and keyboard to help trouble shoot any problems you are having. We may also set up remote training through OnSite. |
